Is Rhapsody free besides the subscription fee?

If you start a subscription with Rhapsody, and you pay $10 or $15, or whatever the price is per month, does it mean you can download unlimited songs for free? Is it completely free to download unlimited music for just 10 or 15 dollars a month? Is there a contract where you have to stay with them for a certain number of month?
