Who has doubt that Emanuel will be the next mayor of Chicago?

As a Chicago native with an Uncle who was an Alderman, there has not been any doubt in my mind that once Emanuel "sighed" he wanted the Mayoral position, he was in. And disagree with anyone who claims Chicago isn't at least Second most corrupt city, if not First. The Chicago "political machine" is one of the most effective and efficient in the country.
