Do you think that the MAVs were the American team this year?

It seemed that almost the whole country was rooting for the Mavs in the finals. I know being a Chicago fan I was, I recently moved out to the West Coast and I have not met one heat fan out here yet. It was a magical moment at my local sports bar when Dallas clinched it. Everyone at that bar were cheering, dancing, and crying. Then someone put the song Bohemian Rhapsody on in honor of the Heat and we all sang together and with tears of joy streaming down our faces. So do you think that about 90% of the country was going for the Mavs this year in the finals?
