Is Rahm delusional in saying "We'll prevail in the end?"?

His Bears been removed from the Super Bowl.......his name is been removed as mayor candidate. What's a Rahm to do? Safe to say he's having a bad hair day. Why doesn't someone send him a dead fish wrapped in a Green Bay newspaper.
