Is there a place to download free music?

is there a place like rhapsody or a place where i can download full albums for free? i use frostwire, and it's like limewire, and it's good and all but ever since limewire got shut down there is a lot more ads. so i was just wondering if there's any safe websites like rhapsody or places to download full albums. any suggestions are appreciated.
