Should the People of Chicago vote for Rahm Emanuel ?

I have said this plenty of times before. I live in Illinois. Most of the downstate are(aka anything not Chicago or its suburbs) has been held down by Chicago where all of the power is. Chicago has done nothing but prevent the rest of the state from growing. Its influence in Springfield is far too great.
