Will Obama use the unspent stimulus funds for his 2012 campaign?

I't's a bit suspicious the he wants us to forget about these funds. I just don't trust him. With Bam Bam Emanuel in Chicago and since Obama will run his campaign from there, there may be a way he can tap into those funds without raising any eyebrows.
