Where on the web can i drag and drop songs into itunes?

I am trying to get songs into itunes. rhapsody wont just let me drag and drop songs into my itunes. I dont wana have to download anything else if i dont have to. but how do I get songs on itunes using the internet? and no, i do not have any music already on my computer. please help!?!
